THE ROLE
An excellent opportunity has arisen within Client’s Smart Buildings Group based in their London office for a highly motivated BMS and Controls Professional to join this expanding team.
Working for a varied client base, the role primarily includes the concept, design, procurement and delivery of Building Management Systems and automatic control systems in a wide variety of high-profile new-build, fit-out and refurbishment projects. The role includes the preparation of drawings and technical specifications and will also involve some site-related activities, such as inspection and witness-testing of installed systems.
THE INDIVIDUAL
In addition to a strong BMS background, experience in the Integration and Convergence of other systems such as Access, Security, Fire, and Client IT networks on both a masterplan and building level is required. You will also have a good appreciation of mechanical and electrical building services, along with good communication skills both written and verbal and excellent customer focus.
