Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional professional engineer to act as a Project Director in their Building Services team in the Middle East. The Middle East team has worked to deliver a wide range of projects to include:
• The Louvre Museum Abu Dhabi
• Atturaif A UNESCO World Heritage Site development in Saudi Arabia
• King Abdul-Aziz World Cultural Centre Saudi Arabia
• The Museum of the Future Dubai
The Middle East Building Services team continues to deliver cutting edge design solutions which encourage the efficient use of materials, energy and natural resources. In addition to this we are expanding into technical consultancy roles that are redefining our position in the market.
Their holistic, multidisciplinary design and consulting environment, affords our engineers the freedom and creativity to push the boundaries of sustainable building technology across HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines in close collaboration with practice-wide specialist groups such as sustainability & physics, facades, lighting, and technology.
This role provides the individual with a platform to lead and deliver major projects. Work to develop relationships and seek out opportunities that enables our client to be recognised as a trusted advisor in the cities we operate.

What will you be doing?
Key responsibilities will naturally be varied but will certainly include:
· Project leading world-class group projects, taking ownership of our most prestigious and challenging projects and sustaining productive client relationships
· Directing multiple projects across the group in a risk-managed portfolio, taking responsibility for the engineering solutions while ensuring financial success
· Winning work actively identifying and converting leads to projects
· Developing and maintaining key client relationships under all circumstances, maximizing opportunities for repeat business
· Participate in and ensure delivery of the process of high-level project technical/quality reviews of specifications, reports and drawings produced by the team

As an established leader within the Building Services sector, we would be seeking:
· Solid experience as a design and commercial leader; track record of exceptional project delivery over a sustained period within the engineering consultancy industry.
· Strong experience of co-ordinating major project delivery with local and overseas project teams
· A passion and excellent track record of winning work, creating and nurturing trusted relationships
· A wide range of multi-disciplinary knowledge and expertise
· Worked in a global matrix organisation, ideally
· Degree qualified and Professional Registration
