They are looking for a Associate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team, the candidate will provide mechanical design expertise in support of business opportunities. This will include feasibility studies, technology developments, concept designs for new products and bids and proposals.
The successful Engineer will also be required to provide guidance and support to other Mechanical Engineers within the engineering community and to contribute towards the development of engineering excellence within the business.
What you will be doing:
- To assist in the delivery of mechanical designs within building services
- Carry out site surveys with minimal supervision
- Assist the M&E construction team with onsite queries
- Lead the team of design engineers
Personal attributes
- A degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- Member of CIBSE
- Building service experience in a technical design environment is essential.
- Excellent understanding of HVAC design.
- Experience leading a team of engineers on major building service projects
