- An excellent opportunity for candidates with a minimum 5 years experience working within building services environment, (desirable:within multi disciplinary practice)
Minimum requirements:
- HNC Building Service engineer; desirable : BEng Building Services Engineering or working towards qualification
- Effective use of AutoCAD; desirable: have used Revit MEP
- Effective use of IES or TAS software; desirable : level 5 assessor
- Demonstrable experience in new build and refurbishment project across a range of industry sectors i.e. education, residential, commercial etc
- Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and application of low carbon design
- Good communication skills, with ability to develop and write reports
- Previous experience of BIM working environment
- Experience of working to BREEAM standards, (desirable multiple categories)
