- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recruitment consultant to join our rapidly expanding and successful recruitment team at ASA Recruitment. ASA are undergoing a unprecedented growth, having opened our London office in January 2014 we now looking to build up our North West presence based at our new Warrington premises due in July/ August this year
This is a rare an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing recruitment companies at the early stages.
The ideal candidate would come from an engineering/ construction recruitment background in order to reflect our existing business, however we also welcome applications from alternative sectors, either way you must display both entrepreneurial and motivational skills as well as the drive to build up their own team and subsequently reap the financial benefits this can bring.

For this role you must have a real passion and enthusiasm for the industry. As well as being very customer service focused, driven by targets and having the determination to gain business and succeed.
The role:- To manage clients and candidates throughout the UK and overseas
- Dealing with candidate queries and building relationships with clients
- Negotiating fees with potential clients
- Sourcing candidates and matching them to suitable roles
- Headhunting possible candidates
- Registering candidates to maintain a strong candidate base in line with client’s needs
- Organising interviews for selected candidates
- Placing candidates for permanent and temporary vacancies for all clients using a wide range of media and social networking, as well as monitoring the responses and creating shortlists of candidates to register
- Maintenance of electronic records
- Diary management
- Preparing correspondence, documents, contracts, mailers and branding CV’s
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Background experience in sales with a history of recruitment or engineering preferred
- Enthusiastic with a real passion for the industry

- Sales orientated and a lead generator

Benefits:- Salary is dependant upon experience and requirements, we can be absolutely flexible from a standard paid annual salary package with benefits to commission only or any way in between, simply tell us what you want and what you expect to produce.
- Fantastic commission structure including commissions from the (your) entire team
- 20 days annual holiday plus bank holidays increasing annually to a maximum of 25 after 5 years
