- Our client is looking for a keen, progressive, versatile individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is delivered correctly, accurately and on time and which may occasionally include working outside of normal office hours.
Your Role
The individual will work flexibly on tasks having responsibilities for delivery to agreed timescales, working within budget and meeting the necessary quality requirements as defined by the operational procedures. Candidates will be expected to check and review their own outputs to achieve the appropriate standards prior to the formal reviews by the technical leads. Daily operations will be under guidance and instruction from Project Managers, Engineers and other technical staff in accordance with office Quality arrangements. The role will involve a flexible and adaptable approach to facilitate the demands of the business and will typically include projects for new build and refurbishment works in Building Services.
About You
You must have strong M&E CAD experience.
You must be flexible and versatile and be able to adapt yourself from working independently to working in a team. You also must have an appropriate technical qualification with previous Building Services experience, experience of 3D modelling, and AutoCAD drawing production for traditional Building Services engineering design projects. Some previous experience in BIM software is required for the role. Good written and verbal communication is vital.
