- Our Client is a leading brand and digital agency based in Dubai, they are looking for a Head of Digital to join their team.
As Head of Digital you are responsible for the digital department as whole. This covers Finance through to operations and leading on core accounts to ensure clients expectations are met.
You will support the sales team in writing of proposals and RFPs to secure new business and meet with key leads to close business.
You are responsible for the leadership and structure of the team across all areas to ensure optimal performance of the department to deliver the optimal profit margin. This includes issue resolution and recruitment decisions.
The financial role is to manage personal costs and overheads against sales to ensure a yearly profit is generated.

Job Requirements:
