 Qualification/Experience
 Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university
 At least 7 years working experience in pipeline design engineering
 Knowledge in ICT related especially in pipeline simulation software
 
 Job Purpose
 Lead, plan and execute pipeline engineering activities which include conceptual and feasibility studies, in-house basic design, detail engineering; engineering support during procurement and provide technical solutions on engineering issues during construction and commissioning phases of project to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes and standards with the main objectives of providing the most comprehensive engineering package to achieve optimum, safe, operable and reliable plant facilities/systems, as well as timely completion of engineering work to meet the overall project schedule, project specification and budget..

 Job Description
 Special Aspect/Major Challenges:
 - Ensuring a comprehensive design package has been prepared incorporating all company requirements, previous company project operating experiences and lesson learnt, and latest local authority requirements. Any omission and subsequent addition could result in additional cost to the company after the contract has been awarded.
 Analysing and resolving all design and engineering issues. Ensuring all technical deviations whether with or without cost benefit is thoroughly analysed with sound recommendation
